TAIL LIGHT GUARANTEE. ONLY INTEREST IS GETTING AS MUCH MONEY OUT OF YOU AS POSSIBLE BEFORE YOU REALIZE WHAT IS GOING ON. LOST $6k AND ONLY HAD THE BIKE FOR 160 MILES BEFORE I REALIZED THE JUNK I WAS RIDING. WOULD NOT TAKE IT BACK AND FORCED TO TRADE IN TO A HONDA DEALERSHIP - THEY HAD 3 NEW HD SITTING THERE WITH UNDER 500 MILES WHERE THE OWNERS HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE. STAY AWAY

Like all things officially Harley Davidson, they over charge and then avoid any accountability! It's the nature of the BEAST and I'd encourage all but the most wealthy to spend their money on parts and accesories on line etc... as you will save considerable money and will quite possibly receive better after the sale service.

I like to reward great service, but with Big Barn, it's a solid "Thumbs Down" for me. The staff at Big Barn were friendly at first, as long as they were taking my money. When I had problems after the sale (that very day), and tried to work something out with them, they were rude, and treated me as if I do not exist. In short, dealing with Big Barn cost me an extra $4,000. I have learned a very expensive lesson, and take my business to another local Harley dealer instead.
