This Autozone is just a rip off and they hire people that dont know what they are doing. I have been to this Autozone several times and will not be back. Im going to tell everyone I know go here if you want to be riped off or want piece of crap parts and wrong parts all the time. I was trying to get a refund the other day for wrong part and the girl Allison at this store try to tell me she couldn't do that because payment was never cleared. Duh that means cancel payment and give me refund. She did not ever offer store credit and she was very rude about all of it. It was bad another I bought was (suppose to be right part) not even 10 min earlier and when to put it on my car and seen part was for a ford not a chevy. Its really bad when the customer at autozone has to know more about what is right part then the person working there. People if need to go to this autozone go somewere eles. Trust me on that. I shoped at this store for 5 years and had another of it.
