While the owner is very pleasant and friendly and the work she did was done well, my complaint is two fold. 1. I asked her to add a small cuff around the sleeve with the same MATERIAL I was having added under the arm to make the sleeves fit better. The material was different from the rest of the top so I wanted to tie it in by having a small cuff of the same material. I also asked her what she would charge to do all of that. She told me between $45. -$50.00. I agreed to that. When I picked it up today she said "Oh I didn't add the cuff on the sleeve because I thought it would be too long." I wasn't happy that she ignored my request but what could I do? I need it in a few days. So I went to pay and she charged me over 68.00!!! What!? To open a seam and add 4 inches of fabric!? (that I provided btw). That was not right. It should have only been about $30.00. Ripped off.

She/they do a great job - I don't live anywhere near there, but it's worth the drive!

Spoke to owner/seamstress by phone today. Impressed already! I was just getting prices and turnaround times. However, Xialee's winning personality and EXCELLENT English...she is in 1st place for my business.27 years experience, inside Hobby Lobby (which I love to shop) is even better for me! I will post the quality of her work...because I am pretty sure I am going to take my business to her.

I've been coming to Xia's for over 20 years, she does an amazing job, always with a smile. Would not go anywhere else! :)
