Beaver Lake Lodge is a small 16 room luxury facility sitting on over 7 acres overlooking Beaver Lake in Derry New Hampshire. Our experienced staff provides above-and-beyond personalized service, including medication supervision. Rooms are comfortable and private with modern bath facilities. Each room has an independent heating and air conditioning system centrally controlled as well as a 24 hour per day air replacement system. Powered by the Fujitsu City Multi System. Administrator Karen Massahos, LPN, with over 45 years in the elder care industry oversees the operation of the facility. Together with her husband Anthony, they maintain the operation of both Assisted Living at Beaver Lake Lodge, and Assisted Living at Pine Hill in Windham, NH.
