Rented a full size pickup, got a high mileage, dented, scratched, dirty old nissan mini truck. Was told that was all they had and I was lucky to get it at all. Didn't notice the bald tires until one blew. When I was changing it, the spare was heavily damaged on the sidewalls. When I returned the truck I was told there was nothing they could do. I waited 30 minutes for a "manager" who never came, and the staff ignored me, either on their personal smartphones or talking to each other in another language. Worst service, worst vehicle I have ever had in over 100 rentals. Never Thrifty again.

Do not rent a car from them!



Tried to save some money and went to Thrifty.



I rented a car from them back in February 2014. Drove from airport to Englewood by toll road E-470. Thrifty charged me the toll fee PLUS "Service Charge" of 100 dollars for using toll road.



Never had such problems with Enterprise or Fox..
