I am not sure who to contact, but I have a skunk that lives behind my house. I have seen him in my back yard.

The skunk has a plastic cup arround his neck. I do not know what I can do to get this animal help taking off the plastic arround his neck. Obviously he will die if it's not taken off.

Please help me with this animal! ( It's hard to give a star to the entity, as I have never contacted them before.) Please let me know how to save this animal.
