I find the staff very friendly and helpful! They are always willing to help me find exactly what I need.

This is more of the 'occasionally helpful and not terribly friendly Ace'. I only go here when I am helping my dad since he lives close by. The staff is pretty grouchy overall, which makes the higher prices (than the big box stores) harder to bear.
