Now fast forward my mother has damn near every policy she feels she needs or can afford, its with state farm, ad that includes life insurance which is not surprising however what was surprising was, when there came a point in my mothers life she was going through a divorce from a marriage of 17 years, and she took it hard. Anyone who has or is living the chapter of divorce won't do good, so when she found out that her life insurance policy was no longer in her name but in her at the time soon to be ex husbands name; 17 years prior when the honeymoon faze was fresh paired with a new lease on life my mother added her new husband to her life insurance policy no big deal a simple request, part of a system of standards, a daily procedure no doubt, simple paper work so simple even a cave man can do it but apparently to complex for a cave woman.

A policy of a primary evidently had been hi jacked by the authority of Kathrine as a State Farm Insurance Office Manager. My mothers policy was handed off in the shadows by the workers of iniquity all the while sporting a Duchenne smile over the phone and in person.

The policy is back with my mother as the primary, yet it was like pulling teeth even with statements from Katherine that where unprofessional, out of line, beyond her scope, disrespectful and border line suspect of an adulteress or someone with an obvious crush or liking towards my mothers husband. Kat made it clear she wasn't there to help my mother and she was there to take the side of my mothers soon to be ex husband.
