always the right time

I have had many different great experiences with the right time, for repairs, and trade in, and purchases, I have found all the people I have delt with to be very knowledgeable, patient. They always ask me if the watch will be exposed to water, and if so do I want it pressure tested.I have taken in seiko, rolex, brightling, ulysee nardin, and other high end brands for cleaning and servicing, and never have had a problem! I had also brought in a very special 1900s chronograph quite rare, to county line and the watch repair group was able to fix a problem even though there were no parts to be found anyware. Also upon doing some trade in they took great care of me, I have been very happy with every transaction, at both locations.thanks B.R.

Excellent quick service

Excellent service. Quickly swapped out my watch battery on a not- common make. Very friendly and fast service!

Would Not Go BAck

I took 2 Luminox watches to have the batteries and seals replaced. The first watch ran a few days than quit, the second watch the first time it went in the water it filled with water. Right Time would not stand behind their work and we were told that the watches both needed to be rebuilt BUT they would give us a discount on a new watch with a trade in. The second watch was also returned with the second hand missing. I would not use Right Time for a new purchase or service.

Awful customer service

Be very careful if you shop from them online. Their shipping fees are unreasonably high and they can charge equally unreasonable re-stocking fees. Additionally, their item descriptions are exaggerated and misleading. I recently purchased and returned a watch band, which was misleadingly described as a replacement or substitute for a high-end watch band. It was not even close. Despite their false advertising, they refused to take ownership and, when I asked them to refund the $9 shipping fee, they refused that as well. Needless to say, I will not shop from them again.

Horrible Customer Service

I want to be clear that I am reviewing strictly on customer service, The quality of the watches was excellent with everything fron Skagen to Rolex and above nicely represented. Some stunningly beautiful used - sorry, pre owned - watches in stock.

As for Value, every item that I followed up on was being sold in this store at suggested MSRP, and you can easily find these at a much lower price on line. For example the Citizen Stiletto Model AR3015-53E that they had at $450 is widely available online and for as low as $268. I looked at Movados that you could easily find at 30-40% off MSRP on line saving $400-$500. I found similar discounts on other items that I saw at MSRP in the store.

My real issue was customer service. I went in hoping to find a longer strap for an inexpensive ($100) watch that my wife gave me as a gift. I was under no illusion that it was a Patek Philippe, we just thought it was a unique and attractive watch. When I told the lady I was not that interested in a $75 strap for a $100 watch, she told me that with a watch like that, I'd be replacing the whole thing soon anyway.

When I was looking at the Citizen mentioned above, she started to describe the Eco-Drive power system on the watch. I showed her the one that I was wearing and said that I was familar with the line and loved it and that my wife had given me this one as a Christmas gift. She told me that the one she was showing me was" far superior" to mine because it was water proof to a lower depth. So apparently, my wife gives really lousy gifts since this woman was looking down her nose at both of them! I truly found her attitude extremly rude and offensive.

In the end, needing the watch strap regardless of the attitude, I left my name and number since she said it would be a special order. Bottom line, never got a call back, and don't care since I found one on line for about $40. I'll never go back.

Very Rude Sales staff

I called about a watch I previewed there recently and they gave me price that seemed high. I mentioned the very same watch I found on the internet that was $150 less with zero shipping and tax and the man was very rude and said that he was not moving on the price and I quote "That's my price and I will not go there" and hung up on me. I thought that was very rude to tell me that he was not "going there" much less to hang up on me. Well, I will not go there either, never again!!

Impeccable service...

impeccable knowledge, and service. The staff was able to take care of a problem I was having with a watch I purchased from another store. They we able to warranty the parts from the manufacture, and make the repair happen. I appreciate all the effort they went through, without getting the original purchase. I will be back to Right Time for my next watch purchase.

Wonderful experience, knowledgeable sales-staff.

I have always had a passion for beautiful things, and It was recommended by friends to visit the Colorado Blvd. location. I was treated with the utmost respect and the young man (Casey) who assisted to my needs was extremely knowledgeable in his craft. Right Time has become my own hidden gem, and I will continue to visit, and shop here for all my time pieces first. Thanks again for the help and recommendations, I am loving my new time piece.

Rip Off

Took a Seiko men's watch in for a battery. Charged me $50 and one year later the battery stopped working. Would not trust this place again.

appalling customer service

Aparently, this business is doing SO WELL that they can pick and choose who they wait on- and who they can blatantly ignore. They ignored my husband and myself- even though we stood right at the counter, trying to catch the owner's eye. After we stood there for ten minutes, we finally left.

Don't waste your time. They have a lot of watches, sure...but so do lots of toher businesses. I doubt other businesses will treat you as though you're transparent.

Very happy with problem patek philippe watch that no other watch maker could repair/even the factory. Mr. Felix was wonderful and so skillful that he repaired vintage patek and works perfectly! Kudos to the Right Time!!
