I had a Relante door made by Raynor and a Raynor opener installed on my home last fall. The technician ( Mark) was extremely professional, polite, and informative. There was no high pressure sales pitch and he was thorough and honest with the other repairs I needed. The service was excellent and the sales people that I spoke to were also very friendly and helpful. After having numerous disappointing encounters with other door companies and their products I am thrilled to finally have a pleasant experience.

They showed up right when they said, and got my somewhat odd configuration of a door working like it was brand new for a price I found very reasonable. The tech was polite, came when he said, and did a great job. I'd call them in a minute to have more work done.

Right on time, right price... and they fixed it right the first time. I couldn't have asked for a more on time, well mannered, and respectful company. They followed through exactly as they said and I would recommend them to anyone!
