International Passport Visas did an incredible and efficient job at acquiring my passports. I look to no one else for my passport.

Saved a ton of time and money using International Passport Visas to get my passport! Great, great business.

No one is reliable with my passport and respective paperwork than International Passport Visas. They were great in handling it all for me.

In what felt like in a blink of an eye, IPV successfully processed my visas to Russia. I don't trust anyone else with this process anymore since finding International Passport Visas.

Definitely recommend IPV for their services. The staff here made acquiring my visa such an easy experience. They were polite and courteous, wonderfully attentive to me so I could successfully attain my visa. I got my visa with no fuss and I'm so glad to IPV for that.

Best customer service around. This office truly wants nothing more than to give you what you need. I ordered a passport through this agency and it was the most effortless process ever. I highly recommend them if you want experienced professionals handling something as important as your passport.

I'm so glad I went to this company for my passport needs. They did an excellent job in explaining the entire process to obtain a passport, the things I would need to make the process easier, and outlined the costs as fairly as possible. This entire process was done professionally and promptly. I highly recommend them for their great work if you need passports done right!

BUYER BEWARE: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My experience with International Passport Visas, Inc. and specifically, H. Ray Priest, CEO were the worst example of customer service that I have ever experienced in my 20 year career in Administrative Services. Our company attempted to obtain foreign business visas for two executives utilizing IPV with very poor results. During this process there were delays that were blamed on me as the client, excuses made stating that this particular consulate was “difficult” to work with, excuses that the consulate had “run out of printer ink” one week and then “ran out of visa stickers” the next. At some point we found this very difficult to believe and then inquired with other visa agencies who assured us that they had processed similar business visa requests through this consulate with no issues during the same 2 week period.



The IPV office told me to have our invitation letters sent to the Los Angeles consulate. When the first passport request for a RUSH service had been with IPV three weeks, the executive became concerned and my associate called Ray for an update on the progress. She was yelled at and told that we should have used the New York consulate and he was, “tired of people lying to save their jobs and thinking they can do someone else’s job”, implying that his staff had not told me to use the New York consulate.



A full week later when my own executive became nervous about a) not having his passport in hand and b) not having any idea when it would be returned; he asked me to call IPV and discuss the possibility of his flying to the consulate and personally requesting that the passport be returned. I called Ray and rather than discussing this possibility, he proceeded to yell at me, call me names as well as attempt to belittle and demean me for not just trusting him. When I asked about his customer service practice of personally attacking his clients, he told me that he had, “been in business for over 30 years” and I was “an idiot” for not trusting him. At the time of this call, he had my executive’s passport for over 3 weeks and his standard answer was, “if we had used the New York consulate this wouldn’t be a problem.”



If you are in the Denver Metro area and looking for a company to conduct your visa/passport services, shop around and do NOT use International Passport Visas, Inc. Even if you have to send your passport to an out of state agency, it will cost you less money and you will have your documents back in time to travel.

I obviously wasn't there with the above reviewers who rated this company as rude and unhelpful, so I don't know both sides of their stories. My experience was totally fantastic and absolutely professiional. I didn't need the expediting services, just the photos for a foreign country's passport and FedEx shipping to the embassy. I actually made a mistake the first time I went in that I didn't check what color background was required for the photo. So on the first visit we did them with a blue background. Next day I called the embassy number to make sure I had everything, and it turned out that I needed a white background. So back I went a week later. Even though my reason for having to return was my mistake, they split the cost of the new photo session with me. Finally, they got the FedEx shipping started for me. The application was finally sent out last Friday. Today, six days later, the passport arrived. I couldn't have had a better, easier time with this whole process. I would gladly recommend this company to anybody.

Absolutely awful and rude. We used this company several years ago, and they did a solid job of obtaining visas for us to go to China. This time around, their service could not be worse. The owner has been extremely abusive and rude throughout our visa application process. We paid over $500 in "emergency" fees to have them help expedite our visa applications to India. As far as I can tell, their service includes nothing beyond typing the visa application and putting it in a FedEx envelope. It has already been ten days since we dropped off our materials, and this company has done zero to follow up and find out where are our passports. We had to cancel the trip to India, and again today the owner has shown no interest in helping us find out what went wrong, only sending an e-mail saying "Perhaps Travisa Ourcourcing [the on-ground company in San Francisco to which he sent our passports] can help you at this point." A complete lack of service and responsibility.

This company is wonderful. I noticed there was a bad comment on this review site and I just wanted anyone who reviewed it to know that I have been using them for 21+years and have had nothing but excellent services. I even had them do a passport renewal for me the same day.

Unfortunately, this is not the place you want to use for your visa and passport needs. The owner is rude, unprofessional, self-important and unethical. And after dealing with those issues, I lost money because my visa did not come through in a timely manner, I was overcharged and asked to okay additional under-the-table payoffs for foreign embassy workers.



I would not recommend this company to anyone. I am a true believer in supporting ones local business. But in this case, I would have been better off using an expeditor in Washington, DC and not my local business office.
