I was bitten by a dog and went to the emergency room. I had to wait an additional two hours because Dr. Grossman agreed to do the stitching of my chin. I was unemployed and I only had medical assistance to pay my bills. I had no idea that I would be obligated to pay the entire $1500 for 29 stitches. He doesn't take medical assistance. There was no negotiation. PERIOD!

Let me repeat that… There was no negotiation. In six weeks I was sent to a collection agency. I had six weeks to come up with $1500. I was unemployed. I was going to the food shelf.

I was told by the office manager what a nice man he was to do the stitches on me without asking about my insurance. If I had known I wouldn't have waited two extra hours for him to do it. I wouldn't have ALLOWED him do it do it either because I still have a tremendous Scar. I don't feel like I got great service. I certainly have gotten zero customer service. I would never recommend these people. Never never never! Now they've sent me to a Saturn Systems collection agency who call me 2 times a day about the debt. I grossed under $10,000. last year. My rent is $750. a month. Perhaps I go homeless so Dr Grossman can buy another chair for his lobby!

They are heartless, uncaring, selfish moneygrubbers!

Dr. Grossman is a fantastic surgeon. He really made me feel comfortable during the process, and my results speak for themselves. I would recommend him to anyone.
