terrible experience that cost me money and time, instead of admitting the they lost the slab or resold the slab i payed for, they kept delaying the install. I finally said i would install it myself and they tried to paun some other slab off on me. Before they had my money they were friendly and polite, once they had it they were rude, hard to reach and ultimately a total fail. Beware! read the negative reviews carefully before considering this company.

Could not of asked for a better package Went to the showroom. Picked out the slab paid for it. They sent out a man to measure. One week later the tops were installed and they were just as we expected and the workmanship was very goodI would really rate 4 1/2 stars because the dust from installation was everywhere and it took awhile to clean up. 5 stars means everything should be perfectKeith-Broomfield CO

I have been remodeling for over thirty years and have never had a homeowner that was so pleased with the work i have sub contracted out. Granite Direct installed a wonderful product at a very affordable price that pleased both me and my customer. Shane was really great to work with and he even went the extra mile to make sure my customer was satisfied for my sake. I have seen a bunch of companies install countertops in my days and must say this was by far the best experience of them all. They really do deserve the praise given. Thanks again for the excellent customer service.

Save yourself a lot of pain an...

Save yourself a lot of pain and go somewhere else. The fabrication and installation part of the deal was terrible. They didn't cut one of the corners square so one of the big pieces didn't fit. They refuse to come fix it. To make matters worse, the guy who owns the place has a nasty disposition and you definitely don't want to have to deal with him. So save yourself some pain and use another granite business.
