Signed contract June 20th- gave him 50 percent down payment . He said it would be finished in 3 weeks. He dismantled the bathroom. During the course of 3 months and many attempts to get him to commit to a start and finish date ( most if which remained unanswered), I saw no alternative than to inform him of my intention to file a complaint with the Attorney General office on Sept 15th. His response: "I can't handle the stress". The stress of providing a definitive timeline after 3 months ??? I cannot handle the stress of someone taking my money, rarely responding to an email, giving excuses and leaving me with a non- functioning bathroom for 3 months!!!
