Don't go to these people they don't know what their doing!! I took my hp pc to them in jan 2014. I asked them before leaving it for diagnosis to please make me some recovery discs (1) that i wanted to address the overheating problem (2) to address the computer shutting down on its own (3) and any other issues it may have had in order to ensure it would work correctly. They later gave me diagnosis from another hp pc exactly like mine that was being repaired as well. When i called with ??'s they told me the pc diagnosis was incorrect and they realized the mix up. Then time went by and no call or email so i called they said it had a virus and it would cost $60 with Craigslist special. Then 2nd call they said i needed a new hard drive. That would be over $200 for the hard drive. I found one at Microcenter for $70, and they said they would transfer over all my files, my (same) software, they said that everything would be the same once the new hard drive was installed. So i purchased a new hard drive to fix it and delivered the new hard drive to them in person with the understanding that my laptop would work like new and be fixed quickly. Then weeks went by and I email, and called but no response. I had to call them weeks later, and finally they said it was fixed. I asked them why no call they didn’t have an answer for me. I didn’t get an email either. I originally had paid for Windows 7 Ultimate OS on the laptop when i took them the laptop for repairs, and when they were showing me that it was fixed i saw Windows Vista. He told me that it had to be rolled back to Windows Vista because they claim they are required to do that regardless of me paying for the install. And because that was the what the manufactuer had installed on it originally. So I let that slide. And they assured me that it was definitely fixed, and opened a file to show me that everything else was the same so I paid in full for completed repairs. And when i got it home and started to use it i noticed that they didn't give me my original store bought ($90) ac charger chord so i called and left a message but no return call. The ac charger chord they gave me had wires that were hanging out of the ac charger piece at the base (See PART 2 OF REVIEW ON OTHER LISTING ON PARKER ROAD)
