As we were traveling across the U.S., it was great to be worked in to have our fifth wheel serviced. Our centering pin on the springs had broken, the axle had shifted back out of alignment, and the spring hanger had partially broken. We found Denver Spring and Suspension to be prompt, efficient, and professional; Sara, Ellie, Kim, and Dan did an excellent job for us and got us back on the road quickly at an affordable price. Thank you very much!

Denver Spring and Suspension is great. Very one was very knowledgeable. They told me exactly what I needed and straight shot me. That’s what I was looking for someone to be honest with me. Go there! They do more than just Suspension work too!

Had custom suspension work done on my 1965 Chevy Impala show car. Work was completed on time and within estimates. Shop is locally owned and operated for a long, long time. Great experience......!

I did everything I needed to do to have a good experience... I brought truck in 1 week before ,to have them look at what needed to be done,so they could order parts etc. They said it would take 4-5 hrs. replace 4 shoks, and 3 broken leaf springs..(which was the most important). I took day off work, as well as a friend who drove me there from Thornton, and waited til 4 to drive me back. 4 hrs after dropping truck off at 8:30 they call and say they can't do the work because they are short on help or something, but could have it done by mid morning next day.. well, it is a work truck, and I have work skeduled to do... I asked if they could have someone stay later a couple hrs and get the work done... No they said..."they have personal lives"... So I asked if they could a t least do the shocks....which they did.... but now , to take it back it will mean another day of work lost for me, and most likely a friend for the ride back and forth... but thats ok, because we don't have persnal lives ourselves I guess in their perspective...They specialize in springs, "leaf springs", thats why I took it all the way down there... I could have had anyone change the shocks.... So... if you have nothing to do but spend time driving back and forth to their shop, & 2 days instead of one day that they told you... knock YOURSELF out, BECAUSE THEY, certainly won't for you.... ( they have personal lives to live).... very dissappointing lesson in customer service... and then they have the "humor" to put my key on a tab that says I( the customer) am #1 with them... REALLY???????wHEN THEY CALLED ME 4 HRS AFTER i DROPPED OFF TRUCK, they had not even started the work yet... they needed til mid morning of the next day...what? say 10 am... thats 2 hrs after they open.... They caLLED AT 3 PM TO SAY TRUCK WAS READY. just the shocks done,.. they close at 5 pm... there is 2 more hrs right there that they could have worked on it.. 3-5 pm... or 8-10 am next day?? am i missing something here?I won't go back, or refer anyone to them....

It was refreshing to take my truck to some Honest and Fair priced mechanics. Thanks for the Great Job - I'll be back!
