I sent a bouquet from D'CleMent and it was the beautiful arr. I have ever sent. It was very full and lush ,packed full of flowers way above what I expected.

That sounds like the owner. I have been friends with the owner for over 20 years and she has the best flower arrangements I've ever seen. She is the best. I always call her for my bouguet needs.

We ordered flowers through FTD.com that came from D'Clement. The arrangement was beautiful, but part of the flowers were in bad shape upon receipt and never bloomed. Since the owner has a 24 hour guarantee, she immediately agreed to send us a replacement stem. Instead, we received a whole new bouquet that was even more gorgeous than the first! Our experience with D'Clement and the owner was very pleasant. She went above and beyond with her service and we will use her again.
