We are an emerging small business and our capital needs were tremendous because we won a large government contract valued at $1.97 Billion. There was no way for us to generate a profit from this and other currently active contracts without someone to help us financially. Even with contracts in hand, a guarantee from the government, perfect credit and financial stability, all banks said no. Everyone said no!
