BNC is an interesting provider. While they met my needs to get my doctors office up and running with new software and an upgraded network, my experience was uneven accross thier technicians.Some of the consultants were far more skilled than others, as evidenced when my regular tech was unavailable for a week or so.I was very disappointed by some of the other assistance I received and felt like it was almost a different company for that week.

My company was long overdue for a network assessment when we had a major computer meltdown! We were frantic when we called BNC. They were able to get us up and running with minimal downtime and hassle. We’ve used BNC engineers for maintenance ever since!
