I just signed up with Nick last week and he was extremely helpful and professional and I paid my $800 sign up fee. I got a call just now from Galadriel saying Nick no longer works there and she would be helping me now. She then asked for a document that she was obvious not clear on or even what she was asking for...within about 30 seconds she gets extremely frustrated becomes extremely rude and hangs up on me while laughing in back ground?!!? This is the BBB right? How could someone even talk to a new customer like that and belong to a company like this? With all that I will be cancelling my membership. Cant support a place that craps on new customers SCARY!

Scheduled service today,Monday,March 29,2010 at 2:00-3:00pm. Was called by "Colin" about 2:30 pm stating that he was behind schedule a little bit,would 5:00 or 6:00 work? No problem.6:00 came and went,no show,no call.What poor buisness practices.
