well, my "old" dentist destroyed my "facial plate" and I went to ATA after driving past. GREAT office, and GREAT service. He fixed my mouth, made me a crown in one hour and I am sold. Will always return. Thanks ATA!

SUMMARY: Dr Ariola-Tirella grossly misdiagnosed my condition in favor of a diagnosis that suspiciously required costly treatments. Two other dentists I've seen after Dr Ariola-Tirella have verified his diagnosis was incorrect.

My new employer has the worst dental insurance I have ever had -- here in central Denver pretty much only big corporate dental chains and then ATA accept my insurance so that should tell you where ATA ranks in the big picture.



With regular 4-month periomaintenance cleanings my gums stay healthy and my pocket depth is stable. Since 2007 I have not missed a regular cleaning.



Rather than performing the periomaintenance cleaning I stated I came in for, Dr Ariola-Tirella spent maybe 5-10 minutes max, poking around with a scaler while complaining about the poor health of my gums which he said required expensive scaling/rootplanting or even surgery.



Then the visit was over and he said "see ya in 6 months..." Well yes, after such an incomplete cleaning when I return in 6 months my gums would no doubt be in terrible condition.



Dr Ariola-Tirella then had the nerve to bill me for a periomaintenance for that 5-10 minutes of light scaling.



I felt the cleaning Dr Ariola-Tirella provided was so incomplete that I immediately called my previous trusted dentist and paid cash out of pocket for a proper cleaning he had failed to do.
