Horrible service. The owner, Marty is VERY rude and unprofessional. They damaged our new LG refrigerator and Marty came to our home to look at it and tried to start a fight with me! Big mistake... He said he would not pay for replacing the doors his movers scratched and dented. I have obtained legal counsel and have everything recorded audio and video... He will pay for it in the end!

I just recently moved to an apartment on the 2nd floor and used All the Right Moves. I was very pleased with their services. They were very professional and friendly. The price was affordable and their original estimate was accurate. I would highly recommend All the Right Moves.

All The Right Moves Moved us late Nov 2013. Very short move - about 2 miles. Arrived when they said they were going to, and were ready to go to work, but had immediate problem with estimate of cost for the move. Initial estimate done on phone by Susan, co-owner and dispatcher for the business), but when Marty (co-owner and one of the movers – also Susan’s husband) arrived, he eyeballed the place and did an immediate re-estimate before they started working, doubling the original estimate. Normally, every red light and alarm in my head would have gone off at that point, but truth is, we do have a lot of stuff for a 2-bedroom move, and we knew that going in, so we agreed to the new estimate. However, at end of the move, when the assistant mover came to me to collect final fee, it had far surpassed even Marty’s revised estimate, and ended up being more than 3 times the initial estimate – this without any mention this was happening during move, which I was disappointed by. Important the reader doesn't misunderstand – not suggesting or insinuating anything shady; they were clear up-front of the hourly rate to be charged for total hours worked, regardless estimate of hours. I was just not ready to hear the final bill was over 3x more than the morning’s estimate after the morning’s estimate was 2x more than the original estimate. I think if either Marty or Susan had spoken to me during the move and mentioned they we were going over the morning's estimate of hours just so I realized it during the move, I would have felt a lot better about it at the end. That’s all. At the end of move, Marty said amount of stuff we had more like 3-bedroom house than 2-bedroom apartment (not sure I agree with that, but he’s the professional and should know), and why it took so long. I personally think reason it took so long because as organized as we thought we were for the move, not prepared for the where-does-it-go phase at the move-in end of the move, and tremendous amount of time spent with poor movers standing around while we decided where stuff should go. I seriously believe had we been better prepared, would have met estimate, saved several hundred dollars. Lesson learned to pass on? Consider estimates final only when done on-site, in writing. As for this mover, no problem them taking so much longer than estimated, because good, honest people. Understand we have moved several times, can tell good, honest ones from flat-out crooks, such as former King Movers (now calling itself Go King! Movers), who we had last time only several weeks before ATRM, and who by end of day were growing very tired and was beginning to show, but never complained, even when had to stand around and wait to be told where to put something, nor did they have anything bad to say. They were polite and cooperative. We had only few minor nicks on couple of things – not even worth mentioning to them. Most serious loss was a TV, but we resolved that. In conclusion, I recommend All The Right Moves, keeping in mind they are smaller moving company, so if have problem, may take a bit to get it resolved, but they will get it resolved, so be patient. Lot more than can say about lot of “big boy” movers. Believe that even being smaller, are set up to handle larger and longer moves, but do check with them. If indicate they are, I would not hesitate to use them. Operate at extremely attractive hourly rate, offer options we didn't use, so no comment on them. Marty and Susan are very nice people trying to operate an honest business at a fair price, and at the end of day, what more can you ask for? You will not regret using All The Right Moves.

This was my first time using movers but All The Right Moves was recommended by a family member, and they did not disappoint. The guys were punctual, professional and friendly! They even accommodated additional requests for moving furniture onto and from different trucks. I would definitely hire them again. A great service at a reasonable price... this is a highly recommended moving company!!

I needed to scale down and move to new apartment.Best movers ever no damage just one wicker chair scratch. Emjoyed the movers and they were very friendly and fun. On time and very reasonable. I would recommend All The Right Moves to anyone that is going to move,

I contracted with All the Right Moves to pack and move my household to a new location here in Denver. Susanna's team showed up within half an hour of the scheduled start time, but called ahead to advise me of the delay. The two man team was capable and efficient. They carefully packed items as directed, and worked consistently throughout the day. When the truck was loaded, they even made a requested detour to the local Goodwill, and off-loaded unwanted items en route! They provided exemplary service at a fair hourly rate. Based on my experience, I highly recommend All the Right Moves.

I have used these movers twice and found their prices to be reasonable. They are professional and arrive on time. Would definitely use them again if the need arises.

i have used this company for two moves. Each time the movers were prompt, easy to work with, very careful with all my furniture, accommodated my neurotic requests, and moved quickly and efficiently. I lived out in the country, far away from their office and my new home. Yet, they drove all the way out to the country, quickly got me loaded, drove up to the mountains (3 hours away) and had me unloaded in no time and in the rain! And, their rates are very fair and reasonable. Moving sucks but they made it bearable. I will use them again.

After having to cancel another mover at the last moment due to ever changing prices, etc., was so very pleased with this company, the owners and their employees. They did exactly what they said they would at a very reasonable price and an extremely efficient manner. We had heavy furniture including a baby grand piano and all was moved with the upmost care and great attitude. They wasted no time and gave it their all. A very stressful time was made so much easier with this company. Many thanks!

They managed to complete my move in three hours which the last company had taken eight hours to complete. Very happy with the fast and efficient move!

Marty Maestas owns the company. Kris and Thomas were our movers. Everybody we contacted was wonderful. Marty called to confirm, Kris and Thomas showed up right on time and were careful and polite. They did their job well. I would use this company again any time. This company is a good one!

I have used All the Right Moves 3x now and wouldn't trust anyone else with my furniture. Being in the property management industry 18 years I've seen my share of moves gone bad. This most recent move a couple days ago was looking a little bleak, as one of their movers decided to call in due to Colorado's Spring snowstorm. Needless to say I was a little panicked as I had no choice but to move out that day since my apartment was already rented. Marty called and said not to worry that he'd be out to do the move. I have mostly log furniture and a pretty "challenging" bed. To give you an idea it's like moving a forest! The fact that I was downsizing, losing square footage and a garage I was more than stressed already. I knew my stuff was probably not going to fit so I had to obtain an offsite storage unit that they gladly( in the white out blizzard conditions) transferred my belongings to without hesitation. They also provided me with multiple wardrobe boxes that made my closet seem much more manageable. Was able to pack it up as they worked on the rest of the items. Saved a ton of time.. and best of all a migraine! ")Their rates are beyond reasonable, professional, licensed, insured, so polite and truly care about YOU!!! You pay by the hour.. not by the pound!!! ( saved me a boatload I'm sure) If you're a repeat customer they'll even offer you a discount! Do yourself a huge favor and take the stress out of moving and let them handle it... you won't be sorry!!!!

Marty was terrific, very helpful about setting up the move, showed up on time, completely courteous and professional. They handled a difficult piece with expert skill quickly, and their fee was definitely in-line. I would hire them again without question, and recommend them to anyone. Great experience!

These guys were VERY patient with me...I had a couch that was too big for my stairclase and I really wanted them to get it in...even force it and tear up the walls if they had to. They tried without tearing up the walls, took things apart, my light fixtures, the legs off the couch...they were VERY patient, because I can be a pain when I want something done. They convinced me after three or four tries that it just wouldn't fit. They moved it for me into my garage and said they'd come back if I could figure out how to get it through the window- OVER my balcony. I'm going to use them for an office move! They're FanTAStic and patient! Thanks, Guys!

They showed up on time, were very friendly and courteous. They showed a lot of care in moving personal items. Price was good.

I have used All The Right Moves five times now and highly recommend them. They are prompt, careful and quick, They work hard the from beginning to end and are always concerned about where I want my belongings to go. Two weeks ago we filled their biggest truck to the brim. I had no damage at all. On one occassion they moved a lone refrigerator on a 3 hour notice. No job seems to be too large or too small. I can't say enough about how good they are.

The strange family has chosen to use all the right moves on several occasion because they get the job done right. The last move was on short notice but they make necessary accomodations to be sure my move was successful. Their staff is polite and professional and hard working. I highly recommmend them to anybody
