Dr parks and his staff go above and beyond expectations of service. Your health is their number one concern and your confidence in his health plan for you will make all the difference. dr parks has a wonderful beside manner, with genuine concern, and knowledge for your condition. Though his not having a magic wand makes it imparitive for the patients interaction in their treatment. The office goes above and beyond with the utmost respect, confidentiality and courteousness. The check out area is not located in the same area as the lobby and mets Hippas requirements. If you love your heart, want to take great care of it and yourself, you may trust dr parks and his staff........

I was referred to Dr Park by my family physican. During my consulatation visit, I was uncomfortable in his presence due to his arrgance which seems to flow throughout the entire staff. During the consulatantion, which did not last long or provide much substance, both he and his assistant/nurse/PA had smirks while they visited with me. After the quick visit, they asked they I schedule the tests that I thought was going to happen on this visit. That was why my physician sent me. I do not feel like I receivd what I paid for. There was no way I was going back to them. Then, when I was checking out, the person providing the bill was even more rude and inconsiderate. There were a number of people in the area checking out as well and she made opiniated comments about my insurance plan loud enough for ohers in the area to hear. I got some looks and reactions from those that heard her in a way that made me understand that they could not believe what she was saying. Maybe if I had seen the other Dr's, I might have had a better experience but there was no way that I was going to go back there. I have NEVER had that type of experience at a Dr's visit. I would go elsewhere if you can but if you have to go there, dont see Dr Parks. And hopefully, the other Dr's have different staff members.

My husband uses Dr. Fazio, but we have also seen Dr. Gray- both are excellent and very personable. I am sure that Dr. Harris and Dr. Park are wonderful too! I would recommend this Cardiologist Group to everyone!
