Horrible management and they have 0 integrity. They do not value their customers. I am stylist, colorist and salon owner. They treated my complaint as if I was of NO value to them. Just awful experience with Executive Assistant as well them following up my customer service complaint against manager at Cosmprof. Their affiliate company. They had HR call me. It was an interrogation instead of an investigation. This is by far the worst experience in my professional career. I have been a customer over 20 years and they banned me from stores but said I could order threw my rep at Bsg. Horrendous I give them a zero
