We recently had a problem due to the freeze. I called several companies and had to leave messages, most never even called me back. I called American Sprinkler, they answered the phone and came out immediately because our water to the house was off. It was freezing outside with snow still on the ground. They were able to get the crisis fixed for us and we rescheduled for a warmer day to turn on the system to get everything else fixed. We paid the full service fee but they gave us a credit of 1/2 hour for the next trip. They called to schedule the very next week to get everything else fixed and brought some kind of electric tape to wrap the pipes so they did not freeze again. I would highly recommend. They were prompt, friendly and very professional.
