I took my computer to A V A tech. There were some problems I had with my computer that apparently were serious from a nasty virus. They have a 30 day return policy that I was not aware of but it does seem reasonable .It was almost 4 months when I discovered a problem with it. They did take in and tried to fix it free which they didn't have to. They are very friendly there and I do believed they made a honest effort to help me. I am not a computer expert and the problem could not be resolved but they did make an effort to work it out with me .

I have taken my laptop to AVA before for virus issues, and they have fixed them in a timely manner. This last time, my laptop was a complete mess! Virus issues to the MAX. Yes, they had my lap top for alittle over a week, but kept in contact with me, as far as what was happening. I did appreciate that. The cost for the repair was what I expected, as my laptop, was basically non functional, when I took it in to them. When speaking with "Nancy", the day of pickup, she apoligized for having my laptop for a week, but every virus WAS fixed, and they took off $ 30, because of the lengh of time it took to fix the mess I unloaded them with. All & all, AVA Tech stands behind their word. Their employees are smart & know what they are doing. They are KIND ( which is huge to me), and an overall A+ business. Would I reccomend them? YOU betcha! ;)
