THIS IS THE SAME AS CDF HEALTH CARE -- same workers & owners JUST a different name.



This one was forced to remove the residents because of the mold and cracked/broken/missing tiles in the showers and baths. BE AWARE. CHECK the room your family member will be in IF they refuse to allow you this, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.



I take the stars AWAY and give a rating of -1,000 stars. Had to put one star but it is under severe objection to do so.
