I have a dog that i needed to groom so i looked it up on google & this place looked like an amazing place to take a dog. I was wrong this place doesnt even deserve a star ! While i was driving looking for the house i found her grooming another dog outside . At first she didnt even answer the phone to start with . Then i walk asking her when she is available she said 2 WEEKS ! I understand a few days but two weeks ? Thats not even the problem either ! After that i asked her about other places in Delano the dog can be taken if she knows ; in her smart attitude she said " no , im not telling you anything , im not saying my competition" , not even a funny attitude a MEAN ONE VERY BAD DO NOT GO EVER DO NOT WANT ANYONE TO GO ; HAS VERY BAD ATTITUDE TO CUSTOMERS ! So as i walked away she was smiling laughing and pointing at the car while i was leaving with the person whos dog she was grooming ! BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER GO ! So i went and found myself an amazing place that treated us better & with respect & a closer date with a smile the whole time no attitude from the place i found after i left there , GLAD I LEFT . I took pebbles a puddle dog. She does not like scissors or any noise device near her face. Classy Canine did a wonderful job with pebbles. She came out looking like a little sheep.
