Purchased a water softener and salt from Lowes and they choose this plumbing company to do the work. The two plumbers who came out, were wonderful and said they would do an asap for me, since my water has been shut off for 2 weeks. Lowes contacted the plumber on Tues. afternoon to call me for an appt. but come Thurs. no call, so I called the plumber. Donna was in charge and would not work with me, very arrogant and not overly friendly, so I took everything back to lowes and cancelled the deal. They would have made $285 on the deal, but Donna did not care and lost the customer.
