Honestly, if I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. The owner is extremely unprofessional and lack respect and common courtesy. I don't write reviews unless the service was really great or really bad. I literally opened a Yelp account as I was walking out of the store. Yea, it was that bad. I brought in an outside dress for alterations because she said she could take care of it... Just give her a week or so that's exactly what I did. I called before I left my house the day I was scheduled to pick the dress up and it wasn't ready... She said it wouldn't be ready until after 3... So I came at 4. Thankfully the dress was ready, but it's not what I asked for. I asked for my dress to be super fitted because that's what I WANTED. When I tried it on, it was still loose and I wanted it a little more snug... Naomi proceeded to tell me the dress is already tight enough ( I'm a double zero, the dress was like a 2... There was more than enough room to tighten) and She's not doing anything further. Then she had the seamstress come and pin it when she realized I wasn't happy with that response and telling me that I'll see that it'll be too tight. She kept on mumbling and walking around the store. When the seamstress pinned it, it was fine... But Naomi just kept running her mouth. She then said okay, if I alter it, it's gonna be extra. Why should I pay extra and I'm already paying 50+ for a bad job anyway?? She's like its prom season and she has 20 dresses back there. Well, don't take a whole bunch of dresses if you know you don't have the manpower to finish in a timely manner.



If people are dissatisfied with reason, you need to attempt to accommodate. She is a very unprofessional person and her business will not blossom if she continues acting the way she does. She has a nasty attitude and her shop just needs to shut down or be revamped and owned by someone else. I feel bad for saying that because the girl who was helping me was super super super sweet and so was the seamstress, Maria. I hope Maria can get her own alterations business or work at a different store because she is going to be stressed the heck out with Naomi breathing down her neck.



Oh, and when I initially went there, she was yelling at her employee as if she was a child. That's probably why she's so backed up... That lady probably quit on her midway through prom season. I know I would've quit if she was talking to me like that. She is so rude and need to retire and give it up. She's just nasty and horrible.



****Do not go to her if you want satisfaction with your special event's gown. Avoid Naomi like the plague... She is just so disrespectful.****

Don't rent you tux's with naom's they don't care if there is problems
