A “highly skilled” technician from Kool Ray’s came to my house on an emergency service call as my air was not working and it was 100 degrees in my house with my child and pets. The technician looked at my unit, charged me $140.00 and left without fixing my air conditioner. As the next day was a holiday my child and I sat in the 100 degree house for two days. During this time I researched my problem on the internet and found it to be a $120 capacitor. A technician from another company came the next day was able to replace the capacitor in less than 15 minutes. To add insult to injury, a women from Kool Ray’s called me after the repair was done to tell me I needed a fan motor and fan blade and the repair would cost an additional $400. How did a “highly skilled” technician not know something that took me 5 minute to discover? And then try to charge me $400 for a repair I did not need! Kool Ray’s is obviously in the business of scamming their customers and everyone should try to avoid doing business with them.

When I called Kool Ray they responded promptly and the service technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. Had my problem fixed in no time! I would highly recommend them!!

I called Kool Ray when my A/C went out on a very hot, humid day! I have severe lung problems and Kool Ray responded and fixed my A/C for me promptly! I would certainly recommend them to everyone!
