Unprofessional.

Truly poor performance on their part. They wasted a lot of my time and their materials by mis-cutting the mirror twice, causing 3 trips. And mis-ordering our shower door, causing another 3 week delay. They told me their mark-up is huge to account for mistakes and did not offer any consideration for the poor performance. Would never recommend them to anyone.
