I go to the Deer Park Outlets so my daughter can shop at Hot Topic. The stores are wonderful; however, they need better staffing. The lines to check-out made it so we left some stores. Overall, I love shopping at these outlets, just not when they are so busy and parking is impossible.

Very nice everywhere I went. Clean environment and even the bathrooms!!!
Visited yankee candle, under armour, johnny rockets, auntie Anne's, its sugar, and Christmas tree shop. All went very well.

I go to tanger for better deals then one would find in the stores. Lately I find that not to be so except for the christmss tree shop. I bought bras at maidenform only to find them half the price online and in kohls and target they were half the price. Needless to say I returned it. Even with their sale it was much cheaper in these other stores and online. Other stores I find if prices are reduced the selection is very limited. I don't find the outlets what they used to be years ago with great bargains. The membership helps but stil the coupons make u buy slot in order to use them or the 20-25% off coupons on one item are not valid at the stores u want. It should b for all stores. The deals just aren't much anymore.

I was disappointed to see so many empty stores. I travel over an hour to get to the Arches - next time I may go to River Head Tangers Outlet. As for the stores that were open - service was great and the employees of these open stores were very helpful. Hope you can fill those empty stores...

Tanger Deer Park is great!! They have all the latest styles and fashions and great prices too. Their location is very convenient to get to as well if you don't feel like driving all the way out to Riverhead to stop.

I must say the ladies and gentlemen of customer service rock. We went there on Labor Day via train and had to take taxi as free shuttle was not working. We happened to mention this to customer service rep who promptly reimbursed cost of the cab. The ladies at Lane Bryant were awesome as well as Nine West employees who were very welcoming. Overall a great experience. THe Outlet reminds me of the shops in Puerto Rico.

My experience is always amazing, from the great discounts to the people who work there. Your bathrooms are always clean. The food is good. And the movies are always updated

Great sales. Some stores lacked AC. Rue 21 is a total messy store. Checkout clerk at Famous Footwear..rude. WHBM...BOGO free. Customer Service ladies are ALWAYS so nice!!!

I went to purchase movie tickets. And to add all my purchase. She was definitely very professional and made sure I get all my perks. Thank so much for making it very pleasant

I took my grand daughter to give gifts for kids in need. Not only were we given a coupon book, but a $10 gift card as well! Johnny Rockets rocked. Meandering Caroler's and elves fantastic. We found the ice princess to be the icing on the cake. It was cold that day so we left before tree lighting. Perfect for a 6 year old and 50 something year old! Thank you! The shopping was fun and easy too!

needs some more less high end stores, a few more restaurants, or cafes. Its a nice mall, easy to get to, very clean, some nice stores and plenty of parking. Very nice at Christmas time. Wishes stores took more of tanger coupons
