Great place. Kids learn a lot and even do better in school when actively participating in Karate. Best school around. Very friendly, easy to work with and very affordable. You have to try it out!!!!

The Staff and Atmosphere are fantastic. A lot of amazing energy. This is the perfect place to teach your child the basics of focus, self defense, empowerment, leadership, inner and outer strength & RESPECT! When it is mentioned that "Karate Kids do Better in School" that is a major impact as these kids are flourishing in academics and have the Self Esteem to avoid being bullied. Also, they learn respect not to be bullies! I recommend their programs to anyone in the community! This is not just "Karate" it's a program for leadership and confidence building - as well as kicking and punching! Goal driven every step of the way. See you in class!!

Fabulous environment! Caring, helpful and knowledgeable staff, Top-Notch instruction by certified instructors. The American Academy of Self Defense is very family friendly offering classes for 3yrs old to Adult and Women's Fitness/Zumba and Women's Self Defense Classes. Their Martial Arts classes always have two to three black belts and helpers on the floor. All this... And NO CONTRACTS!!! Great place to be.
