We have a brand new $8K Hobart commercial dishwasher that arrived with a defective temperature sensor. After we finally had a tech come out, confirm that the sensor was bad, and install a new one the dishwasher works fine. However, they mixed up the records from our old Hobart dishwasher that had been removed from the premises prior to the service call to make room for the new one. So they deemed that the service was not in-warranty and charged my credit card for the repair. I reported the issue to their accounting office, provided verification of the new machine, and was told a credit would be issued to my card. Ten days later, no refund has been issued and I cannot reach a human being at the telephone number for the Boston branch of Hobart Service. Sorry we bought this machine if this is the kind of service we can look forward to.
