Have gone there multiple times with a negative experience from the cashier when needing fencing. Yesterday I went there to purchase approximately $400 worth of fencing, and the cashier said that they wouldn't unlock the fence gate to get the materials due to a Tornado watch. (Which we weren't under) It is apparent that the employee(s) did not want to work. I would like to shop there out of convenience, but will take my business somewhere else due to continued bad service.

Been standing in store askin for tool cage unlocked so long i signed up and wrote this review. Manager should lose his job. 30 minutes as of now. Have ask 3 people for help and was put off each time

T.S. has some good merchandise, but needs to hire more employees. Every time I purchase something there, either there are a dozen people in line waiting to check out or there is no one at the cashier's desk at all. I find it to be a very frustrating place to shop.
