My basement sewer line partially clogged line creating a waterfall effect in my basement. I was easily able to schedule an appointment and Mason did a thorough job clearing the line. He cleaned up after he finished. I had a choice between the senior discount and phone book $15.00 dollar off coupon and ended up paying $120.00. I am very satisfied and will call them in the future if my line backs up! Thanks Kellys and Mason.

My washing machine was draining into my bathtub. Because of a series of events with my home warranty, I used Kelley's. Six weeks ago, the first night, the owner couldn't find the issue and sent two guys a few days later. They found an old pump that needed replaced. Then, they found a broken pipe. They put the camera down the front toilet, found the broken pipe, and said "this is the issue". It needed replaced immediately, to the cost of $1,900. They come out, fix the pipe, and I'm told that it's fixed and I should "be good to go". Four nights ago, I had water again draining from my washing machine to my bathtub. Obviously, in my mind, the issue that I paid $1900 to fix is not "fixed" and I'm not "good to go". I call Kelley's, they come out, the guy admits they didn't check the line from the washing machine to the tub. He goes through the sink and apparently clears something out. I get charged $300 because the issue is "on my end" and not theirs. Wouldn't that have been checked the first time? Isn't that part of guaranteeing your work, making sure all avenues were checked? Apparently not. I was also charged overtime hours and mileage, which was not mentioned when I called. When I called, he asked if he needed to come that night and I said I didn't know, I thought the issue was fixed. He said he would come that night. Why didn't they say, hey that's weird, let's make an appointment? OR, if I do come tonight, it is x amount of dollars. When he decided to clear the line from the sink, he should have said, this issue is unrelated, it is x amount of dollars to fix. None of that happened. Instead, I'm charged $300 from the same company that was just out six weeks ago to fix the same issue. Hopefully, this $300 lasts longer than 6 weeks.

Best customer service I have ever had in this area. Jason and Randy came out to our house were able to fix the problem with no problem. Have had other plumbers come to clean the mainline and were never able to find the main outlet. Always removing the toilet to get to the line. But they were able to find the mainline and get the problem solved fast. Wouldn’t trust anybody else with my plumbing only Kelly’s!!

We had a main line clog which was backing up into the basement. The first plumber I called came out with a rooter and "worked" on the clog for about and hour and half. Came up with a pile of roots and said he was unable to go any further. He said- The line was too clogged at the street. Then they told my landlord it would be $20,000 to fix! And charged him $500 and left a pile of sludge roots on the floor. So we called Kelley's for a second opinion. They knew immediately after hearing our situation they would be able to fix the problem. The receptionist knew right away that the first guys did not use the right size rooter. The Kelly's service guy, I can't remember his name I'm so sorry, came 10 minutes early and quickly got to work. He was very courteous and honest, offering advice that will save use future high costs. He brought a huge machine down and said the other guy was probably using a SINK rooter! He was finished with the job in an hour and a half and even cleaned up the mess the other guy left. Kelley's Sewer Service is AWESOME! Thank you so much for the AMAZING service! In today's world of scammers it is so nice to find a business that actually shows honesty, integrity and hard work! THANK YOU!!!!!!
