Great Customer service! The assistant, Ricki was very nice and knowledgeable about everything to do with my visit and treated my puppy with compassion and care. Would recommend to everyone.

I have gone to best friends and Cats only. both are great. I couldn't be in more of disagreeance with laura. Dr. Dillon is a great vet. Easy to talk to and very knowledgable. I was ready to euthanize my cat. but I wasn't ready because he was still doing good even though he was in kidney failure and sever diabetic. Dr. Dillon was supportive of either way, knowing what the outcome was. and after spending probably 40 min with us and explaining everything we decided to try and manage the diabetes with insulin and kidney failure through diet. my bill was expensive at 507.00...and he did ok when he came home with me for about 4 days and took a severe nose dive and they made a follow up call and I was upset that he basically stopped eating and lost probably another 3 lbs in the last 5 days and the entire office staff was so sorry and remorseful. I made an appointment to finally euthanize him and I said that it was tough because I just spent all that money a week ago and another 200 too put him down was a lot of money in a week and a half. they felt so bad that they gave him cremation for cost. that put me at such ease they will not ever know. I got his paw prints, a picture frame, and his ashes in a very nice wooden box. and they were all, Dr. Dillon and staff so nice even though I come off as unsensitive at times. Taking his life was hard, but they made the experience as good as it could possible be. I work in the medical field, and a lot of times people are over emotional because someone or animal they love are not doing good. its easy to give a wrong impression and I truly believe that is was happened to laura. I have been around incompetent, rude, people everyday of my life working in the medical field. This staff isn't it. I appreciate everything they have done for me and I thank you Dr. Dillon and staff.

Dr. Dillon is wonderful. Without her and the staff my dog wouldn't be alive now. They have always gone above and beyond to make our experience with them pleasant. We have 4 dogs and have used them for several years. We have never had a bad experience. I highly recommend them...both locations.
