First of all, Sunny is a woman, not a man. The negative review must be about a different "Sunny's Alterations" There is one just up the street that opened in recent years. Sunny on Mistletoe Road has been there since 1985! She has altered for customers, their children, and their grandchildren! She is sweet and her prices are very reasonable.

ABSOLUTELY WORST TAILOR IN TOWN - terrible time-management (never has clothing done on time), terrible workmanship to the point where he ruins your garments, rude and not trustworthy at all!!! Unbelievable that he is still in business!!!

I ordered a pair of patent leather thigh high boots off of eBay, and naturally when they arrived they were too small to zip up. Since I ordered them from Shanghai, I did not expect a refund or exchange to be very likely or very convenient. I also thought I was out of luck trying to get them altered because of the material. Luckily I found Sunny's. They did a fantastic job, and did it for a reasonable price and in less than a week. Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Cho for the wonderful, fast, friendly service.
