After my purchase they couldn't find my ab bench, I even waited 45 min while they searched storage.

I finally gave up. They offered to Void the Sale or deliver the item. When they finally did find it, the owner refused to deliver the item, so I asked them to void the sale. More than two weeks later, I still have not received a refund on my bank card. BEWARE! And be sure to use a credit card so you have some recourse if there is a problem.
