On Saturday I paid to have a box delivered to Tuskegee, Al on (priority mail) . The package was delivered to my home address on Monday instead of the Tuskegee address. I drove to NBE on Flat Shoals Pkwy and asked Mr. Hooks, The owner who provided service on Saturday why the package was delivered to me and he looked at the package and stated "because the USPS folks are dumb"! I also asked him why I paid $19.75 for the package and he stated there was a convience fee of $8.00, REALLY, to send a medium size flat box. I told him the package need to be delievered by Wednesday and he looked at me and said it wasn't his fault; he will tell the USPS folks. He did not offer an apology as he was the person to take my money. I try to patronize neighborhood businesses; but never again, not this one!!! I will drive the extra mile to the post office where there is not convenience fee. Customer service was very poor, did not own up to mistake.Will not recommend.

This is an amazing place to visit. They have great customer service a good selection of services at reasonable prices. But what I love most is impeccable customer service service I was provided with. I rented a truck from this location, when I arrived the truck was not available. I was not driving at the time, not only did the owner upgrade me he drove me to another location to rent the truck. In a day in age where customer service is on life support or nearly dead this was a very refreshing experience. They have a customer for life
