I dealt with the owner persona...

I dealt with the owner personally and it is reassuring to know that he is involved in every aspect of his business and takes every account seriously! They were quick to call me back and the rapport was immediate. This gave me peice of mind and made me feel confident that the company would provide the level of service I expected. Often you know the company but do not know who will actually be on your property. Since Fran Alert Security does 100% background checks and uses many off-duty law enforcement officers it wasn't important that I know the guard assigned to my account... i just needed to know that Francis had everything under control so I could focus on my business! What more can you ask for as a business owner or manager? VERY SATIFIED
