Frank is a very Honest person with no chaser ~ Frank is not out to rip off his clients he only fix and repair what needs to fix and nothing more. Frank also work with is clients concerning price. Frank and his staff have been servicing our family for a long time.

Great Job!!! I finally found a Shop that Honestly Diagnosis your vehicle and then fixes it with all Brand New Parts. In Accordance with Factory Specifications. The Staff really do make you feel like family. Just ask for Frank!! He has all your needs & worries under control. The Mechanics can fix anything that's fixable. I've had two different vehicles fixed by them. Everything is fine & I've had No Problems since I've had them fixed. They don't call them Total Automotive for Nothing!!! Took My car in to have brakes done. They were squeaking pretty bad. Tech told me it was def. my rear brakes and rotors. Paid $275 for everything.
Drove around afterwards. The squaking was still there. Took it back to have it checked out again and see what the actual problem was. Tech then told me it was my front brakes. And that I would need to pay another $250 to have those replaced. I would rather have it done at another place.

Fantastic customer service. The nice lady working there was very knowledgeable & helpful. My car needed extensive repairs and they got the job done quickly and at a great price. you have a customer for life. Keep up the good work Dearborn Total!

Expensive Labor & Parts. After consulting others, my repair cost $100-175 more than what it should have. I think they usually do insurance/accident claim work, so this factors into their pricing. Car broke down near there, so I was screwed.

Do not do business here. They have had my vehicle for 2 months and have told me different things each time I visit in person to inquire my car.
