We have been going to Kim several times the past 10 years. She has quickly and efficiently repaired or replaced broken zippers. She has altered clothes for men and women doing a great job. She is reasonably priced. Most jobs are done within 7 to 10 days.

Avoid at all costs. Horrible. My 5 year old could have done better with a needle and thread. A total waste of money. To boot, my stuff wasn't done on time so I had to go back AND she sewed across one of the sleeves, so I had to break the threads to get my arm in! Never again.
