I took my Suburban in with AC problems. I even said to Gina that I expected to have to replace the compressor. She stepped out to look at the truck, and came back in 5 minutes later and said it was fixed. All that was wrong is that, when a leak was repaired by another shop, they didn't hit the reset on the compressor. She put dye in the Freon, in case there was still a leak in the system, she would be able to find it easier. So, I went in there, expecting to replace the compressor, told her that I was expecting to replace the compressor, and ended up with a $36 (for the dye) repair, and the air worked perfectly for the 6 years that I continued to drive the truck. Since then, I have been back for several repairs, she has always been accurate with the diagnosis, the repairs have always held up, and the price has always been very reasonable. Now, Gina is the only one that works on my cars.

Had a bad experience with Gina. Went in twice with same problem vehicle hesitating. Computer indicated Exhaust Gas Recirculation problem. Gina supposedly sprayed a carbon cleaner in engine. Problem returned twice in within thirty minutes. My second mechanic at another shop found the real problem in 25 minutes. Mechanic explained that computer reader gives a list of possible problems. Second mechanic changed the EGR sensor in 5 minutes and car ran great. Stay away from Gina and Tropical Air. I have heard similar complaints from other customers and mechanics.

I had my car looked at by two different people, and everyone of them told me that the fuel pump was good, but I took it to them they said it was the fuel pump, hmmm??? When I got my car back they told me that it had another problem, and the last person who looked at it must had messed it up, and to come back so they could fix it, hmmm??? Why didn't they fix it or see it before? Two weeks later my car is no longer working...
