I received a text telling me if I stopped by a Sprint store by September 10th I would get a free car charger. When I went to the kiosk in the Vousia Mall and requested the charger the associate was unable to give it to me as her register would not accept the code in my text. She made several calls and got no where. One of the responses she conveyed to me was the promotion was over. I was there on September 9th and the text did not specify "while supplies last." She did have the charger that was being given away. I had to go back to work so I left my number and asked the manager to call me back. I never received a call and never got my charger. I've been a customer for over 7 years. Big disappointment!
