Metabollic Research Center - thirty days… thirty pounds…… HA!

I began my “journey” with MRC in March, I wanted to lose weight and stupidly paid for something that I knew I couldn’t start until after an already scheduled trip in April. Upon my return, I was hit with allergies for several weeks and finally began my weight loss adventure on June 8, 2015. For those of you unfamiliar with MRC, let me fill you in. A small dissolvable pill that you take once a day along with 3 drink concentrates that you have to take 3 times a day, oh, and a menu that consists of no more than 750 calories a day. I took the required pill and drinks Monday, June 8, thru Thursday, June 11, I attempted to eat, but, that was followed quickly by intense vomiting and pain, diarrhea, and severe bloating. Food - In and out in 10-15 minutes. I stopped both pills and drinks yet I continued vomiting, was bloated, diarrhea and severe pain until Tuesday, June 16, when I finally settled down. Then I did something that I should have done prior, RESEARCH… turns out that the dissolvable pill (HCG) causes all those symptoms and more in many people. When I stopped by to let Pat(my coach – HA) know what had happened, she told me that she was very sorry that this happened to me and said “maybe my body wasn’t ready for a diet” continuing by saying, “These pills are just a hormone, they wouldn’t make anyone sick”. When I asked for a refund she pointed out all the signs that said, NO REFUNDS. So much for the sales people that are supposedly very “concerned about your health”, “will be there all the way for you”, and “are your support system”. However, don’t vomit, don’t get diarrhea, don’t ask for a refund, take it from me, DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! She got her money so she’s happy, I’m out $444.00 but much wiser. I have to rate this but really don't want too!
