I noticed that a bad review was written almost three years ago. Although these things happen I can tell you first hand that Western Cary Building Products makes customer service their number one goal.

We had an estimate scheduled for gutter repair. The estimator showed up close to an hour late. he did call to say he was running late. Once here he spent a ton of time doing drawings, and explaining to us how to fix our gutters. Said he would have an estimate to us by the end of the week. It is 3 weeks later and we still don't have an estimate. I've called twice and sent an emai. No response or return call. Huge waste of my time. Its a shame because the man seemed to know what he was talking about. If you are not interested in the job don't come out and waste my time.

My GC used Quality Insulation out of Milford for years (they were bought out by Masco Contractor Services) so he used them again to insulate our second floor and attics. Promised to show Tuesday, no call no show. This repeated for Wed, Thurs, and Friday. Saleman Rob told me they were not only going to work on Saturday to make it up, but will finish in one day. Also said if there were any problems to call his cell, the manager's cell or the office as they were to be open. They showed up at 9am, started the work, and left at 2pm without telling us they were leaving or calling our GC. Tried calling all three numbers and no answer or call back. Insulation only a fraction finished and what was done was done poorly. Now, all the rest of the work is stalled and causing havoc with our schedules. Unbelievably poor customer service and lousy 'quality' of work

Promised spikes and ferruls but used hangers so far apart gutters fell down! If you want something done right I suggest you dont use this company as they were unreliable to me!
