These people are the reason enforcement people get a bad name..the city will suffer too...I won’t return with any business in Daytona Beach.

This place is such a joke. Corrupt to the core. They are rude, mean, unwilling to be helpful at anytime. If you ever have to deal with them I am so sorry. When they decide to be open or answer their phones they clearly are so miserable that they have to spread it around.

Pathetic. Absolutely pathetic. Paid for parking at 2:01pm, was valid until 4:31pm. While I was at the machine dumping fifteen quarters in, the attendant asked me "How's it working for ya?" I said "It worked." Then, stunningly, six minutes later a citation was placed on my windshield for an expired meter (2:07pm)! I parked in one of the front spots facing the meters and the parking attendant saw me and interacted with me. I live locally, and only parked there because I have family visiting that wanted to go to the pier. I will never park there again.



When I got back to my car at 4:23pm, I saw the citation, called the number on the citation, found out that they close in about 30 minutes. It took me 15 minutes to drive over to Seabreeze Blvd., park my car and walk to 101 Seabreeze #160 to "prove" that I paid for my spot. What a bunch of nonsense. I feel like they count on people 1. Not pushing the button and getting a receipt for their "proof", and 2. Not being able to make it to the office in time to pay for citations, or TO DISPUTE BOGUS CITATIONS ISSUED WHEN YOU ARE WITHIN THE CONSTRAINTS OF YOUR METERED PARKING THAT HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL, as they are closed Saturday and Sunday. The amount of the citation was $10 (if I paid within 10 days). While on the phone the girl told me to look around for a parking attendant and they would void it for me with proof - of course there were none around, though a couple of them seemed to be swarming when I was parking my car. The girl at the office "voided" it with a magic marker but I am not satisfied and definitely don't appreciate the aggravation and inconvenience. Not the way to treat locals, and can't be great for tourism either. Pathetic. Just pathetic. Oh and the excuse for the bogus citation? "THEY DIDN'T UPDATE THEIR IPADS IN TIME." The parking attendants apparently. This is what I was told. This just isn't right.
