I was told they changed fluids and I would get a copy of the service, but that didn't happen either. I will take the bike to BMW to get oil and brake fluid change. They even left out bolts on the fender when replacing the tire.

Happy customer. Had some work done on my Kawasaki awhile ago and everything went smooth. Randy is real easy to deal with as are the staff. Free coffee would be nice LOL.

All Out PowerSports is the worst company I've ever dealt with! Once they have your money they don't even want to talk to you. I've had nothing but problems with this scooter. A one hour valve job took a few weeks to get back. My guess is they use non certified mechanics that don't know the 1st thing about repairing a scooter. The guy that worked on my bike snapped a bolt in the head & tried to cover it up by crazy gluing the bolt head in place. Which you don't even have to touch the exhaust to do a valve adjustment. Then they try to blame everything on YOU! Employees admitted to me the guy that worked on my bike didn't know what he was doing & fired him (and did this in front of witnesses) instead of doing the repair correctly by taking the broken stud out. An employee said they had a easy out set at home & would bring it in the next day) but they thought they'd take the easy way out and put a handful of epoxy all over it without talking to me 1st doing an "Un-authorised repair" Then gave me a guarantee in writing that if ANYTHING failed with the repair they would fix it free of charge. Randy (the Manager refuses to call me back, for that matter, no one calls me back and when I call, everyone is too busy to take my call and says they'll call me back later in the day. But when I called to order a part, they're glad to talk to me until I ask about the exhaust repair then it's back to "We'll call you back later" And if that's not bad enough, my scooter was stolen before the exhaust (which just started giving me a problem again issue came up) My insurance company brought the scooter to the shop to fix the handle bars. wiring system, & Front cover which had a 2 inch by 2 inch spot where the paint peeled off from the finger print tape, no scratches, no cracks and that's all that was wrong with it. On Monday after the repair was done they told me they threw the $80 front shield with no more damage then the paint peeled away! (but cheap parts they'll give you the old ones back) Oh BTW one of the guys that worked on my bike before because the gas sensor was I guess sticking told me my gas sensor worked fine but he put a new one in anyway & they charged me for that too...Then Randy over charged me on that also,. I told him If he could put it in for $10 to go ahead, other wise I would do it. He charged me $15 when told not to. I know it's just a few bucks but the thing is they do unauthorised work & don't tell you about it! And this is a Brand New Scooter, not used! Oh did I mention they also charge $80 an hour when everyone else around here only charges about $50 an hour? They can't even get the paper work right! I have a GMW M1 (Red). On the paper work it says I have a Black 2010 Yamaha Stratoliner & the Vin numbers don't even match up. There are other reputable shops that do Good work & only charge $50 an hour with a Fast turn around!!!! I Watched a video on Youtube where a guy Totally rebuilt one of these scooters with a Big Bore kit which is a LOT more work then my scooter required and did it all from start to finish in about 20/30 mins. I would Stay away from this place. The Service and communication with these people (if Any) is the WORST!!) By the way ,Gorilla Motor Works had to change there name legally to Wolf Brand Scooters. Buyers BEWARE & those people looking for service, Go somewhere else if you want it done right!

I recently purchased a bike from All Out Powersports and was very happy with the way everything went. The bike was everything they said, it was serviced and clean when I picked it up and everyone went out of their way to help me. They give a 30 day warranty and the bike developed a couple of problems before the warranty expired, I took it back and they cheerfully went out of their way to accommodate me. The owner, Mr. Randy Wright understands good customer service and walks the walk and seems to expect that from the help. Great folks to do business with, I will do more and send my friends.
